Hello, my name is Maria Dante, and I’m here to infuse your vision with vibrant colors, playful textures, and a touch of artistic magic. My journey started with a paintbrush in hand, exploring the world of emotions through art. That passion for storytelling naturally evolved into a love for design, where every room becomes a canvas waiting to unfold its unique narrative.
My Design Journey
My design journey began with a lifelong love for transforming spaces. From an early age I developed an interest in Art and Architecture and would spend hours designing and drawing from my imagination.
Today, that wanderlust translates into a design aesthetic that draws inspiration from global influences, seamlessly blending the modern, contemporary and traditional to create spaces that are both beautiful and functional.
More Than A Degree
But design isn’t just about aesthetics, it’s about understanding how to use a space. That’s why I earned my Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) and Bachelor of Interior Architecture (BIA) from the prestigious Rhode Island School of Design. With years of experience in residential design, vacation rentals, and education, I bring a diverse perspective and a love for sharing my knowledge. In addition, my MAT degree allows me to easily interpret ideas into reality.
I have a profound interest in Real Estate, I passed my first Real Estate Exam in Rhode Island right after RISD and studied and passed various appraisal exams. This knowledge really facilitated the purchase and sale of many fixer uppers in various states. Purchasing a property and bringing it back to life in a thoughtful, meticulous manner is a passion of mine. My last Real Estate Lic was in Las Vegas and I had an amazing team of professionals that shared outstanding training and education with me.
More than a designer, I’m a visual artist who speaks your language, and is capable of translating your dreams into tangible spaces that reflect your personality, lifestyle, and aspirations.
I believe in creating spaces from casual luxury to boho chic or coastal. I have the background and expertise to design your dream home. I’ve always been drawn to the power of design to create beautiful, functional spaces that reflect our unique personalities and stories.
